Popular venues release 2028 Saturdays well over a year ahead, and May and June go first.

See each one at night if you can, with lights on and tables set. Ask to walk through during another couple’s setup.
Confirm the Mass time with the parish, then put down the venue deposit the same week. Get the full price sheet in writing.
Caterer (if it’s room only), bar, rentals and a guest shuttle — and a hotel block before graduation weekend fills.
Ask for rental, required catering or food-and-beverage minimum, service charge (often 18–24%), sales tax, bartending, cake cutting, and any cleaning or security fee — in one number.
A Catholic Mass plus photos puts guests at the reception around 4:30–5:30. Make sure the rental window covers decorating in the morning and a late send-off.
“In-house only” sets your food price. An exclusive list limits choice; open catering lets you shop — but then rentals, staffing and cleanup are yours.
